Bob's Windshield Repair uses a customized appointment scheduling system that sends automated messages. Specifically, you will receive 1 SMS (if applicable) and email confirmation that you have successfully scheduled an appointment. You will receive an email reminder 6 hours prior to your appointment. You will receive an SMS reminder 1 hour prior to your appointment. You will also receive ONE email after your appointment requesting feedback on your satisfaction with our services. That is the extent of the automated communication. We do not add you to any marketing lists or sell your information.
You may receive an SMS or call from your technician if they anticipate running outside of 15 minute appointment window. You may also receive and SMS and/or call if we get to your location and need more information to complete your appointment (e.g. gate codes, apartment numbers, directional assistance, etc.) These contacts will be kept to a minimum.
