In our continuing efforts to provide extraordinary customer service, we concentrate on serving our customers and clients in the greater Colorado Springs area. This allows us to keep our appointments on a timely basis (we're usually there within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment). We also schedule 90 minutes for each repair. This allows us to spend as much time as necessary to perform excellent repairs without feeling "rushed". We want to "take as long as it takes" to do a proper job for you.

However, we are glad to receive (and often do receive) referrals to customers outside this area, and wish to serve them efficiently as well. Accordingly, we occasionally will add a mileage charge to do repairs substantially away from the greater Colorado Springs area. We will let you know if such a charge applies when you schedule your appointment. We don't want to disappoint anyone!
